Alan Hoover, President & CEO: Mr. Hoover, 51, joined Kahiki in May, 1999 as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Prior to Kahiki, Mr. Hoover was Vice President, National Accounts for Tenneco Packaging/Pressware, a manufacturer of food packaging based in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Hoover received his BS in Administrative Management from Clemson University and his MBA in Financial Management from Benedictine University. Mr. Hoover currently serves as a Member of the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association's Board of Directors.
Fred Niebauer, Chief Financial Officer: Mr. Niebauer joined Kahiki in January, 2006 and has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to Kahiki, Mr. Niebauer, 56, was Vice President, Finance, CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary of Halcore Group, Inc. and was with the company for eight years. Niebauer has an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BSBA from Gannon University where he majored in Accounting. He also earned his CPA license and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Mark Novak, VP of Manufacturing & Logistics: Mr. Novak, 52, joined Kahiki in January, 2005 as Director of Purchasing & Cost Control. He previously worked in the natural foods manufacturing and distribution business for over 17 years where he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer with Arrowhead Mills, Inc.
Tim Tsao, VP of Sales & Marketing: Mr. Tsao joined Kahiki as Vice President of Marketing in April 2006. Previously, Mr. Tsao, 32, held junior executive positions at IBM and was part of IBM’s Marketing Leadership Program. He has 10 years of sales and marketing experience and was most recently Brand Strategist for the Americas Software Group. He has an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird and a BA in International Business and Economics from the University of Dayton.
Gil Wilson, VP of Strategic Accounts: Mr. Wilson, 47, joined Kahiki in May, 2002 and has over 18 years experience in the packaged foods industry and was previously Kahiki's Director of Sales. Prior to Kahiki, he served as a Regional Sales Manager with Heinz / Ore-Ida Foods. Mr. Wilson holds a BS in Accounting from Wittenberg University.
