General Tso's Chicken Rice Bake

Ingredients

• 1 package Kahiki^® STIRFRESH^® General Tso's Chicken Plate
• 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups instant rice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 13" x 9" baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. Thaw unopened Kahiki^® sauce pouch in a bowl of warm water.
3. Mix together all the ingredients including the thawed sauce. Place in baking dish.
4. Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
