- 1 head of lettuce (Bibb or Iceberg)
- Kahiki 24 oz. Tempura Chicken (any flavor)
- 2 cups rice (any variety)
- 1 carrot
- Cook Tempura Chicken and rice according to package instructions.
- Cut head of lettuce into large leaves for wraps.
- Slice carrot into thin strips.
- On lettuce leaves, layer rice, chicken, carrots and drizzle with Kahiki sauce.
- Wrap and enjoy!
