Crunchy Tempura Chicken Salad

Serves 4
  • 1 head of lettuce (Bibb or Iceberg)
  • Kahiki 26 oz. Tempura Chicken (any flavor)
  • Cucumber
  • Red pepper
  • Chow mein noodles
  • Dressing (optional)
  1. Cook Tempura Chicken according to package instructions.
  2. Cut lettuce and dice cucumber and red pepper and layer in salad bowl.
  3. Mix cooked chicken with sauce (provided), cut into smaller pieces and layer on salad.
  4. Add crunchy Chow Mein noodles on top.
  5. Add optional Dressing if desired.
