Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce (Bibb or Iceberg)
- Kahiki® 24 oz. Tempura Chicken (any flavor)
- Cucumber
- Red pepper
- Chow mein noodles
- Dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Tempura Chicken according to package instructions.
- Cut lettuce and dice cucumber and red pepper and layer in salad bowl.
- Mix cooked chicken with sauce (provided), cut into smaller pieces and layer on salad.
- Add crunchy Chow Mein noodles on top.
- Add optional Dressing if desired.
