Crispy Egg Roll Lettuce Wrap

Serves 8-10
  • 1 head of lettuce (bibb or iceberg)
  • Kahiki Egg Rolls (any flavor)
  • Cucumber
  • Red pepper
  • Sriracha sauce (optional)
  1. Cook Egg Rolls according to package 
  2. Separate lettuce leaves carefully 
so they do not tear. Set aside.
  3. Dice cucumber and red pepper.
  4. Remove Egg Rolls 
from oven, wait 3 minutes and slice into pieces.
  5. Layer sliced Egg Rolls into Lettuce 
leaves along with cucumber and red pepper slices.
  6. Drizzle with sweet & sour sauce 
(provided) or optional Sriracha sauce for a spicy kick!
  7. Wrap lettuce leaves around filling
 and enjoy!
